Through this journey I have gained insight into the ways of the world & the innate wisdom within our own bodies. I learned to listen, appreciate, and take care of my body, inside and out. The only way to regulate what goes in and on your body is by making it yourself, or buying from mindful, local, and trusted sources. The light in me sees and honors the light in you.

My Journey:
I lived a standard American life, by the time I was 20 years old I was hospitalized from a complication of a medication; which had just been increased because it wasn't working...
I was in college preparing for medical school and found I had to take my life and health into my own hands. Fortunately I was young enough to have the time and energy to do so, now I want to help others to do the same.

While working for my degree I took nutrition courses at URI as well as starting my yoga practice. The final two years of my bachelors degree I shadowed Dr. John McGonigle who taught me about being a practitioner & world traveler.

After completing my degree I began my world traveler journey, I backpacked Europe volunteering at organic farms. I took a 200 Hour Yoga and Mediation course in the Himayalan Mountains and then learned Regenerative Agriculture & Holistic Cookery in Australia.

Upon returning home to the USA in 2020 I became a Waldorf Teacher learning the ways of Rudolph Steiner's education methods and biodynamic farming.

I am currently creating an organic food forest in West Greenwich Rhode Island and working with local children as a nanny and a mentor as well as leading women's circles.
