Tinted Mineral Moisturizer
This recipe is one of my favorite discoveries. I use this moisturizer every day, I use it as my makeup and sun screen, plus it smells amazing. Win win win!

Tinted Mineral Moisturizer
Melt in a double broiler on low:
-5 tablespoons almond oil
-6 tablespoons olive or coconut oil (depending on your skin and preference)
-1 tablespoon shea butter
-1 tablespoon bees wax
Remove from heat
Whisk into the mixture:
-3 Tablespoons zinc oxide powder
-1 tablespoon cacao powder (can add more if you have darker skin or want a more tinted version)
Add 50-100 drops of essential oil
I use mint to give it a nice smell & wake me up when I put it on my face!
Let cool, it will thicken, mix well to avoid the zinc clumping in one area.

Makes about 2 small jars
Lasts around 6 months depending on how often you use it.
In the summer you can use it as your sunscreen all over your body.
To preserve the smell keep in the fridge while not using.
If too oily for your skin gently blot with a paper towel.
Hope you like this as much as I do!
