After 3 years of ditching disposable period products here's my review & experience!

I began with the Diva cup (silicone insert)

I traveled with it around the world as a back packer & it worked well... Wanting something more natural feeling as the cup was not always comfortable & sometimes leaked if not in properly.

I tried sea sponges, they were cute and eco friendly but uncomfortable plus occasionally leaked water...
