Kimchi Recipe

An upgrade to your meals and your health

As easy as chopping up some spices and veggies and leaving them for a few days... Kimchi!

Step 1: Chop & cover with salty water

1 whole cabbage

Step 2: Create a paste of spice

~Ingredients~

10 cloves of garlic

1 inch of turmeric root

2-3 inches of ginger root (I like it spicy!)

6 chili's or 6 Tablespoons chili flakes

1 Chopped Apple

blend all the ingredients together may need to add a bit of olive oil to make the sticky texture

Step 3: Add the extras

Chop up what you would like in your kimchi

1 carrot

2 radishes

Step 4: Drain the cabbage and mix it all together

Step 5: Fill jars with kimchi mix and cover with salty water

Quart sized can use 1 or 2

Step 6: Leave it out for 3-4 days

Wait for the bubbles to pop up

If you keep a lid on your jar, burp it every day to make sure its ok
