DIY chocolate bars!
For anyone who eats loads of chocolate...
&& If you are watching the ingredients you put inside your body
(additives, preservatives, sugars, ect.)
Lets make our own chocolate bars!
Cheap, Delicious, Easy, Simple

2 Bars of dark chocolate
130 g Cacao Butter/Buttons/Wafers
Double boil these, mixing every so often to melt faster
Once solids are melted whisk in the following ingredients...
135 g Cacao Powder
(Raw cacao is the purest form of chocolate, minimal processing, and no additions! Cleanest, healthiest, happiest source for making and drinking chocolate!)
Once removed from heat you can add in the fun stuff
Sweetner of choice
2 T Maple syrup or honey (pure, organic, not the honey bear commercial honey!)
1 T Vanilla
Spice if you like
1. dashes of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger powder
2. peppermint extract
Extras
Fruit & nut bars are my favorite
What do you like in your chocolate?
Adding in almonds or walnuts
Dried cranberries or cherries
I also add some sea salt on top
For the ladies
I change my chocolate & bread add ins for my moon cycle (seed cycling)
adding omega 3s (flax, pumpkin, hemp, chia seeds) the first 2 weeks of my cycle (day 1-14)
Omega 6s the final 2 weeks of the cycle (sunflower or sesame seeds)
Place melted mixed goodness into molds or 2 rectangular containers, put in the fridge or freezer until hard & there you have it your own chocolate!
Recommend keeping in the fridge & it won't last for long ;)
